Andrew W. Dunlap

Lindsay R. Itkin
Lindsay Itkin is a trial lawyer with Fibich, Leebron, Copeland, Briggs & Josephson, LLP. Lindsay represents clients at hearings, depositions, trials, appeals, arbitrations, and mediations in both state and federal courts throughout the country. Lindsay’s practice is focused on representing employees in cases involving wage and hour violations on an individual and class action basis in order to recover unpaid wages and benefits for employees whose employers have failed to pay them in accordance with state and federal law. In addition to pursuing wage and hour violations, Lindsay concentrates on representing landowners in contamination lawsuits against oil and gas companies in order to force such companies to remediate and repair the damage their operations have caused to landowners’ property. Lindsay also represents individuals who have been injured as a result of another’s negligence in cases involving 18-wheeler wrecks, injuries resulting from defective products, oilfield injuries, and Jones Act/offshore injuries.

A significant portion of his practice remains devoted to employees whose employers failed to pay them according to federal law.
