Andrew W. Dunlap
Andrew Dunlap aggressively advocates for his clients. Andrew has represented thousands of employees, pursing companies that violate wage and hour laws. His experience extends to both individual and class action cases. Andrew has successfully provided counsel to employees misclassified as salary or day-rate employees, been forced to work off the clock, and employees not paid sufficient overtime.
Andrew received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi before attending law school at Michigan State University College of Law. After graduating law school, Andrew joined Fibich Leebron Copeland Briggs & Josephson as an associate. Here, Andrew met Michael Josephson and the two joined forces to form Josephson Dunlap in March 2017.
Andrew has represented numerous clients against some of the largest companies in country, including many offshore and onshore oil and gas companies. Andrew believes all employees deserve their rightful pay, so when companies don’t pay their employees fairly, Andrew is relentless in pursuing back wages for his clients.
Andrew was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2015, 2016, and 2017. He has served on the board of directors for both the Houston Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the American Association for Justice.
