• Represent clients in state and federal court and in arbitration in litigation involving violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act and analogous state wage laws, managing cases from intake to resolution.
• Represented approximately 8,000 patient care workers in a class and collective action lawsuit against CHI Franciscan Health in $5.5 million settlement.
• Represented group of over 100 exotic dancers in a collective action lawsuit against Sapphire Gentleman's Club in Las Vegas in $2 million settlement.
• Represented group of 88 patient care workers in a class and collective action lawsuit against Coquille Valley Hospital in a $1.15 million settlement.
• Represented group of over 90 dispatchers in a collective action lawsuit against MBI Well Services in a $1.48 million settlement.
• Succeeded in obtaining nationwide conditional certification of a collective action potentially involving over 2 million hourly employees against Walmart, in Haro et al. v. Walmart, Inc., Case No. 1:21-cv-00239 (E.D. Cal. Feb. 27, 2023).
• Succeeded in obtaining nationwide conditional certification of a collective action on behalf of over 4,000 patient care workers against Legacy Health, in Hunter v. Legacy Health, Case No. 3:18-CV-02219-AC, 2021 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 371 (D. Or. Jan. 4, 2021).
• Part of team that succeeded in obtaining Rule 23 class certification on behalf of group of real estate appraisers against Title Source, in Swamy v. Title Source, Inc., Case No. 3:17-cv-01175 (N.D. Cal. Apr. 2, 2018).
