Taylor Jones is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on helping workers receive their rightful compensation. As a member of the Josephson Dunlap team, Taylor handles cases involving wage and hour violations on an individual and class action basis in order to recover unpaid wages and benefits for employees whose employers have failed to pay them in accordance with state and federal law.

Taylor attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Language and Cultural Studies. While at UT, Taylor was a member of the Liberal Arts Honors Program, a Foreign Language & Area Studies (FLAS) Fellow, and a Presidential Scholar. After graduating from UT, Taylor earned her JD at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC. While at Georgetown, Taylor worked for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia in the Violent Crimes & Narcotics Trafficking Division. Upon graduating from law school, Taylor joined the Montgomery County, Maryland State’s Attorney’s Office where she prosecuted domestic violence cases.

Prior to joining Josephson Dunlap, Taylor was the Law Clerk to the Honorable Harry C. Storm of the Montgomery County Circuit Court. In that position, Taylor was primarily responsible for briefing the Court on complex civil litigation, family law, and occasionally criminal matters, as well as drafting opinions.

Taylor’s depth of experience is invaluable to clients as she helps the entire Josephson Dunlap team obtain fair pay for deserving workers. Taylor is admitted to practice in all Texas and Maryland state courts, the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Texas, and the United States District Courts for District of Maryland.
